Tamás Bukur is a PhD student at Corvinus University of Budapest researching telecommunications economics and policy. This work – part of his PhD research – has been featured at TPRC53 and at the European Conference of the International Telecommunications Society (ITS) and submitted to the European Commission’s consultation on the Digital Networks Act. His research is supported by the Hungarian National Research, Development and Innovation Office.
